The Challenge
What Needed Solving
A DRHP is the 300 to 400 page disclosure document SEBI requires for an IPO. Merchant bankers, company secretaries and CA teams usually draft it by hand over 8 to 14 weeks per company. Around half of it is standard regulatory text; the other half has to be built from the company's own documents and financials.
Our Solution
How We Solved It
A hybrid platform that treats the two halves differently. Standard regulatory text comes from a versioned template library, with no AI involved. Financial tables are placed straight from a locked Excel workbook filled in by the company's CA, so the system never computes numbers. AI drafts only the company-specific narrative, grounded in the uploaded documents, and a domain expert reviews every section before the DRHP is exported.
